Meow Lounge

First time visiting the meow lounge with my mum and we had the best time with 5 star treatment! Florrie’s was our host and she was fabulous - she was super attentive and was able to provide us with lots of information about all the kitties! Their space was clean and had lots of room for them to lounge and play. You can tell they are well cared for with everyone having to abide by the house rules for their best interest. I particularly like the additional touch of taking off shoes before entering the lounge - really made it feel like you were sitting in your living room surrounded by cats, heaven!

We have been excited to come here since hearing about it opening. We finally visited yesterday for my partners birthday. We had a fantastic time, it was super chill and our host Florrie was amazing. She gave us info on all the cats and was super attentive. It goes without saying but the cats were super cute, we played with pappie for most of the time we were there as she had lots of energy! The iced coffee and brownie i had was also good. We will definitely be going back again soon!

Went today with some family (second visit) and I love how great this place is. The staff are all so lovely and friendly and couldn’t be nicer. The coffee is great and the cakes are delicious. It’s really nice to see just how much love and care the staff have for the cats there and it’s such a nice change from your usual coffee shop/cafe. The music is super chilled and adds the most relaxing vibe to an already tranquil experience. As a lover of cats and coffee I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s such a treat to have something different in town and I really hope as many people as possible support it as we need more small places like this in the world!

We absolutely loved coming here! And got to chill with some beautiful cats! Highly recommend Its a shame some parents cant watch their kids an make them follow the rules, we were sat with a sleeping cat at our table an this group of kids kept trying to shove toys in its face…

Went today with my girlfriend who loves cats, she fell in love with all of them but especially Precious. It’s a really nice atmosphere, the staff are lovely including who I believe is the owner who was going around chatting with everyone and being extremely interactive which everyone clearly loved. All of the cats were extremely adorable and by far Winkle was the cheekiest as he attempted to nick our cakes a couple times! Definitely recommend coming here, will be coming back!

First time visiting the cat cafe in Hitchin. I brought my disabled nanny, mum and 16 year old daughter. We had a lovely time. The cafe was great and the cats were just purrrfect we all had a coffee/tea and cake. Cake was yummy. Will definitely be back again. Thank you for making our time there so lovely.

Fantastic cat cafe. Great to have one in Hertfordshire now! Had a great session yesterday, and was able to have quality time with the cats, and learn about the process and how their incredible quality of life is maintained at the cat cafe. The cats seem very happy and content there. The drinks and cake were amazing (especially the fudge cake!). Our Team member, Florrie took great care of us and was great to talk with through the experience! Will definitely be back!

Such a lovely visit to the Meow Lounge today. All of the cats are clearly very well cared for and the staff are really friendly. It really would be the cutest 55 mins of your day if you go! We are not local, so a handy tip is to park in the St Mary’s car park which is just a 5 min walk away.
